Directions:
Mix yolks, flour and sugar and heat. Let milk come to a boil and pour in first mixture and stir until thick. Pour in a square pan and place nuts, cherries, raisins and dates on top.

Whip egg whites into a meringue (stiff peaks).

Place meringue on top of fruit and place in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes to brown the top.

Serve with whipped cream.
