In a large bowl blend cake mix, eggs, oil and water until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
Fold in grated chocolate. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until done. Cool 25 minutes.
Blend powdered sugar, vanilla, hot water, and melted chocolate in a small bowl until
smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
