Directions:
Melt chocolate and cool. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy; approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Add eggs, then add chocolate. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream and milk. End with the dry ingredients. Pour into cake pans lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
