Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill with a layer of coals (for a direct fire).

Place chicken pieces on the grill. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 15 minutes, covered.

Dunk pieces in sauce and cook another 15 minutes, covered - careful not to char the chicken. Baste with more sauce and cook another 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
