Directions:
Drain the tuna. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Heat butter and oil in saucepan and sauté garlic and mushrooms for one minute. Stir in sour cream, cheese and parsley, and then tuna. Heat through, but do not boil. Pour over hot noodles and sprinkle with additional cheese and parsley if desired.
