You can vary this how ever you like. You can use ham, bacon, vegetables and any kind of cheese.

Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Line a 9x13-inch glass casserole dish with the cresent roll dough, being sure to press together any seams to make sure that nothing leaks through.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Sprinkle cooked sausage over dough.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the sausage.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper until well combined. Pour over sausage and cheese. Top with remaining cheese (as desired).
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until just set. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. |
