Directions:
Add grits to boiling water and stir well. Add salt and cheese and stir until melted. Add in butter, seasoning salt and stir until melted. Temper in eggs.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and transfer to preheated oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until golden. |
