Directions:
Make 1 cup of Pesto.
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Drain, but reserve a little of the pasta water.
Return the pasta to the pot you cooked it in, or into a warmed large bowl. Add the pesto and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Garnish with additional cheese and serve warm. |
