Directions:
Cook broccoli as desired. (I steam in microwave oven) Cut oranges in half. Cut between membranes of 2 halves to free segments. Cut segments crosswise into ½-inch pieces and reserve. Squeeze juice from the remaining halves of oranges and reserve 8 tablespoons. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add orange juice and segments. Remove from heat and spoon over broccoli. |
