Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugars and vanilla; blend well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and blend well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool before cutting.
