Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, salt, pepper and rosemary. Toss well until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet - do not overlap.

Roast the potatoes for 40 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes. Remove when fork tender. If they are getting too brown, but are not cooked through, reduce oven to 350 and continue roasting until cooked completely.
