Preheat oven to 350.

Soak broken up pieces of matzoh in hot water and squeeze out moisture.

Beat egg yolks, add sugar and beat again. Add matzoh and other ingredients. Beat well.

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into matzoh mixture.

Put melted butter in a 2-quart rectangular pyrex. Add matzoh mixture.

Bake 1 1/2 hours.
