Directions:
Peel apples, chop and set aside. Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt together and sift again. Cream sugar and oil, then beat in the eggs. Add flour in small amounts until all is incorporated. Fold in apples. Grease and flour 3, 9 inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix butter, sugar and milk. Add powdered sugar until the correct consistency is acheived. Beat until smooth.
