Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees, use convection feature if your oven has it.
In a medium bowl, combine first four ingredients and season well with salt and pepper. Add Parmigiano and breadcrumbs and toss well to coat shrimp evenly. Spread onto a baking sheet and cook in oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle evenly with remaining lemon juice.
Skewer shrimps with rosemary skewers and serve right away. |
