Directions:
Combine the flour and the salt in a metal bowl.
Snap in the butter.
Add half the water and mix until combined. Slow drizzle in additional water until the dough comes together.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.

Draw a circle on parchment from a pie plate. Roll out the dough larger than the circle. Sprinkle with crust dust, top with fruit and fold the edges on top of the fruit by 1 inch.
