8 Ounce(wt)s mushrooms sliced
Directions:
Cook bacon, reserve fat, and crumble. Saute onions and mushrooms in reserved fat. Drain.
Mix all ingredients, reserving some cheese and bacon for garnish.
Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Spray foil with olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer reaches 155 degrees. Add remaining cheese and bacon and bake for 5 more minutes.
