Wash potatoes. Boil potatoes in skins until just done. Drain and spread to cool and dry. When cool enough to handle, peel potatoes by gently scraping them. Chop potatoes and add onions, salt and pepper. Mix with Marinade. Allow to sit for about an hour. Add eggs. Gently fold in mayonnaise and Miracle Whip until ingredients hold together.

Quantities of onion, egg, mayonnaise and Miracle Whip can be varied to taste.
