Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté the chicken breasts until brown on both sides Add green onions; cook until still crisp.
Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter; add garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, and then sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic to form a paste. Slowly add the chicken broth, stirring constantly. Pepper to taste, and then add cream cheese in small chunks. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Serving Suggestions: This is great over rice
Personal Chef Instructions: Leave in an appropriate sized container with the Garlic Sauce covering the chicken. Freezes great.
Heating Instructions: Heat in the microwave, gently, 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the chicken in hot throughout. Time is approximate depending on wattage. |
