Directions:
Cook mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet, stirring constantly,just until tender. Remove from heat; set aside.
Flatten each breast to 1/8" thickness. Dredge in flour. Place butter in large skillet and brown chicken till golden.Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish, overlapping edges.
Sprinkle mushrooms over chicken. Add wine and broth to skillet. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Season. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle cheeses and onion over chicken.Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
Broil 5 ½ inchesfrom the element for 1 to 2 minutes until brown. |
