Ingredients: 0.25 Teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Soak bread in water until soft; squeeze out excess water and combine bread with meat, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, diced onion and eggs. Mix well and form into small balls.
Combine tomato sauce, cranberry sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Place meatballs in hot sauce and stir. Cook for approximately 1.5 hours covered in a heavy pot. Skim fat from top.
