1.5 Cups milk, whole

Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a 3 quart pan. Add milk slowly. Bring to a rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium and cook to 232 degrees, no stirring. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Do not stir. Cool to 110 degrees. Beat until it thickens and looses some gloss.

Pour into buttered 8 inch pan.
