Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon oil, olive 1 Cup pasta, spaghettini uncooked and broken
Directions:
In a medium non-stick skillet, heat oil and butter. Brown spaghetti over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent burning. Add rice and hot broth. Stir, then cover tightly.
Turn heat to low when it begins to boil and cook 20 minutes without lifting cover. Remove cover and continue to cook until all liquid has evaporated.
