Directions:
Preheat the grill to high heat.
To make the rub, combine the spices in a large bowl or plastic bag. Mix spices well and add the oil and the shrimp. Toss the shrimp until well coated.
Remove the shrimp and thread them onto skewers (if using wooden, make sure to presoak them 30 minutes in water). Place the skewers on the grill and cook until shrimp are seared 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot. |
