Directions:
Mix spices and set aside.
Preheat oven. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
Put egg white in a bowl and whisk until frothy. Add nuts and toss to coat. Add the spice mix and toss to coat.
Spread the nut mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on the sheet. Transfer to a large bowl and add the raisins. |
