Directions:
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, cover, and chill at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade. Combine 2 Tbls marinade with egg. Dip chicken in this mixture. Combine flour and sesame seeds and cover chicken. Place in large shallow dish and drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until skin is crisp and chicken tender.
