Directions:
Place cleaned shrimp in a zip-loc bag or shallow bowl. Top with salad dressing and let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Prepare grill until charcoal is covered in a layer of ash. Build a single-layer fire by spreading the coals evenly over the bottom of the grill. Set the cooking grate in place, cover the grill with the lid and let is heat up for 5 minutes. Scrape the cooking grate clean with a grill brush.
Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill the shrimp, uncovered, turning the skewers once, 4 to 6 minutes. |
