Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl, mash Roquefort with fork. Stir in sour cream and chopped nuts. Cover until ready to use.
2. Just before serving, quarter and core apples and pears. Do not peel. Cut each quarter into 3 or 4 slices. Arrange fruit slices and cheese spread on lettuce-lined plate and garnish with additional chopped nuts, if desired.
