Comments: I use this for Chicken and Pork. This will marinate 4 chicken breast halves or 4 boneless pork loin chops.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon curry powder, sweet
2 Tablespoons ginger root grated
1 Teaspoon pepper, lemon
0.5 Cup wine, dry red

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat in a glass dish. Marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning often.
