Ingredients: 1.33 Cups milk, whole
Directions:
Melt butter in medium skillet or 9" cake pan. Peel, core, and slice apples and put them in bottom of pan. Make a batter of eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, baking powder and cinnamon.
Pour this over apples and bake in 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. Serve with generous sprinkling of powdered sugar.
